Charles Vansant was a man who lost his life to a Great White shark in 1916. The first recorded shark attack that inspired jaws and started the tally for world’s deadliest shark. The name of this site has nothing to do with that. Charles Vansant is an arbitrary name that prefers Natalie Portman over Paris Hilton and Buenos Aires over Cabo.
